How do I book a tour or activity?

Simply message us on WhatsApp at +62 812 3876 3389. Tell us the tour or activity, your date and how many people, and we'll reply quickly with availability and a tailored plan. You can also use the booking form on our website.

Are your tours private?

Yes — every tour is 100% private. It's just your group with your own English-speaking driver-guide, at your own pace. We never combine you with other travellers, and there are no shopping stops.

Is hotel pickup included?

Yes. We offer free hotel pickup and drop-off from Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Uluwatu. Staying elsewhere? Just ask and we'll arrange it.

What's included in the price?

Every private tour includes a driver-guide, fuel, parking and bottled water. Entrance fees and meals are included on some tours and not on others — the exact inclusions are listed on each individual tour page under "Included" and "Excluded".

How much do your tours cost?

Prices are per person and depend on your group size — the bigger the group, the lower the price per person. Full-day private tours start from around USD 21–49 per person. See each tour page for the full per-group rate table.

How and when do I pay?

Most guests pay their driver-guide directly on the day of the tour, in cash (IDR or USD). If you'd prefer another method, just ask us on WhatsApp when you book.

Can you customise the itinerary?

Absolutely. Tell us the places you'd love to see or the pace you prefer, and we'll shape the perfect day around you. Custom private tours are our speciality.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes — reliable 24-hour airport transfers with a friendly driver waiting at arrivals with a name board, plus full-day private car charter. Send us your flight details on WhatsApp.
